How It Works
Call us. We’ll direct you to click on the Screen Connect link. That will take you to our remote support page. We’ll make a temporary session for you to open. Once you install the app we can log into your computer and resolve your problems.
Why Remote Support?
We recognize the corona virus as being the most serious threat we’ve faced. We want to provide our clients IT support while strictly adhering to current virus guidelines.
How Do You Pay?
We’ll charge you $80 per hour in fifteen minute increments. But we’ll also apply a 15% discount for all remote work. A 30 minute session would cost you $34. We bill that through debit or credit cards.
