Create a website for Horizon Property to showcase their management portfolio and available properties.
The focus of the website will be usability. It'll be designed so that it can be maintained (ie adding properties to the portfolio or rental list) without any WordPress knowledge. All dynamic elements (property, rental list) will be managed via forms from a front-end style dashboard. This dashboard will be separate from the WordPress dashboard but also protected by WordPess administrative logins.The visitor experience will be designed for ease of use and to assist visitors to find and inquire on properties.
This section provides a place to Horizon to advertise their rent list and visitors to inquire on rentals.The rent list will be laid our in a list with basic details (photo, summary, baths, beds). The list will include a filter for visitors to select availability and details such as number of occupants.Each rental will have its own page where visitors can see the full details. An inquiry/booking form will be included with that property.
A gallery style link to individual properties. Each property will have a separate page.The dashboard of the property will be coded such that the user will enter information into a form. The template will layout the portfolio for each property.
Standard pages such as About us and Contact Us will be included. These will be implemented via Elementor.
We'll submit a design in PDF format. Depending on how that design is received, we either move onto implementation of website or return with updates to the design.
The website incorporates three distinct sections. The first are the standard WordPress pages, implemented in Elementor. These are the home, contact and about us pages.The next section is the rental list. This is updated dynamically according to the rental list and availability.The last is the portfolio, which will be largely static but designs for updates in the same way as the rental list. The difference is, inquires are not made on the portfolio.The pricing below reflects the design and implementation of those three sections.
